It's F-F-F-Friday!

Can't believe it's the end of the week already - time is going tooooooo fast; why does that always happen when you have so much to do?! Anyway, as it's Halloween tomorrow................

All that glistens.......is frosty!

Hey...back onto Christmas again - though these were just recolours...I've no idea why it seems to take longer than creating a design from scratch sometimes! Hmmmm...puzzling! Anyway, here's a sneak peak at what I've been up to:

Jazz chickens and 'HoHoHo' Santas

Hey everyone, hope you all had a lovely weekend - I went to see Eddie Izzard on Saturday night at the Nottingham Arena - he was FAB; I especially loved the jazz chicken, the giraffes and the ferrel cows...VERY funny! He was on top form...despite having a cold, bless him.

I also saw my beautiful niece on Sunday - we had lots of fun! :) Her dad had helped fetch our new fireplace, and on the way back he stopped off at Costco for a few things, and found some Christmas wrap too.....it's a little old now, but it's always good to see your product out there:

......the wrap you can see here has a little claim to fame for me actually; it appeared in the Eastenders Chrismas special last year, and had a key role in the plot! Click here to see it in action....! :)

Ooops!

.....sorry - a bit of a late post I'm afraid ( despite promising to be back on here yesterday! ) 

It's been a hectic couple of days getting the last minute bits and bobs finished for a forthcoming design meeting, so that's why I haven't been about,  but, I got there in the end...*PHEW*...and just in time for the weekend - YAY!! :) This time, I've been turning my attentions to pets - and this particular pooch looks a lot like our furry studio mascot - Harley! Hope you like him...

This cheeky scamp; peeping around the corner, is a lot like my gorgeous kitty too...bless her - she's still taking to sitting on that carpet; will she ever learn to love the new one?!

Anyway, I'm certainly ready for the weekend after all that hard work, so hope you all have a fabulous one...see you next week.

Snowman-ville

A protest......

Hellooo! I hope you all had a lovely weekend....we had new carpet fitted in the living room on Saturday, so we had lots of fun ripping the old one up in the morning... However, one little girl was NOT amused - how DARE we dump the carpet outside and upset her beloved home....this is what we found shortly after..................................................................................

.....poor little mite; we thought it was very amusing though :)

...Another good day yesterday; I managed to complete two new, fun snowman scenes to go with the one I did on Monday - I think they look very happy! :) Here are some snapshots...

Helloooo! I had a very good start to the week, managing to complete the first in a new set of snowman designs (the timetable has paid off so far! ;D ) Above are a few snapshots of the happy little fellows...

Phew - I'm back!

.....after getting lost in a pit of poorly-dom for the past week, I felt it was time to give myself a good shake and get back into things again....I had a big clear-out at the weekend, which helped ENORMOUSLY, then thought I'd ease my way back into it by creating this little calendar for the month; after missing the first week entirely, and with sales opportunities coming up, I desperately need to get organized.....it's gonna be tough to catch up, but I'm hoping I'll do it!!!

....here's to a productive few weeks ahead! (P.M.A.! P.M.A.!!)

Wedding stationery

I've been busy sketching this week, so no new work to post I'm afraid....

Instead, I thought I'd give you a little taster of what my wedding stationery was like...I designed everything from the invites to the favours, to the table plan, and these thank you cards were all sent out at the beginning of the week to all our lovely guests... I really enjoyed designing and putting them all together; so much so that I may be considering doing it as a little side line in the very near future...let me know what you all think! :)
