An open invitation....

Ooops - I did it again....the long pause before I'm back posting again; so sorry! :-/
I've been busy, busy,  busy behind the scenes - juggling my designing, crafting and parenting...I'm even getting to grips with the sewing machine myself - woo-hoo for me!! :)))) Anyway, I'd just like to let you all know about a fabulous event I'm doing tomorrow with all of my handmade Ree-Stitch wares.....pop along for tempting handmade and vintage goodies, gorgeous walks, and a tasty morsel or two at the newly opened cafe! Spread the word folks.... :)

Red and yellow and pink and green.....

My gorgeous cousin (and beautiful bestie) is expecting the pitter-patter of tiny feet very soon - I'm sooooo excited, and as a gift to her on her birthday I created a special one-off piece to put up in the nursery....

- we visited her earlier this week and got to see the finished room in all its glory - it is gorgeous....here's a couple of shots I took - you can see the framed artwork above little one's cot....and the bunting and cat cushion are all courtesy of my new venture - Ree-Stitch - specially commissioned pieces to finish the room off nicely....what do you think?

- With only a week to go now until her due date we wish her all the love and luck in the world and cannot wait to meet her little bundle of joy x x x

I spy with my little eye......

....Two of my designs in print! I was having a little browse on Pinterest yesterday (as you do!) and stumbled across some of my work that I sold over at Surtex last year - you can find it here from a company called Total Paper in Mexico. It's not very often that I get to see my work published as most of it is overseas, so it was a nice little surprise to find these jumbo gift bags yesterday.....

....I think they've turned out pretty well, don't you? - a little tweak from them here and there, and a splash of foil to add to the mix - here are some snapshots of how the original designs looked:
